Top Quality Produce has issued a Listeria recall for enoki mushrooms imported from Taiwan. The recall includes all lots of these mushrooms. Consumers who have purchased them should not eat them as Listeria can cause serious illness and death. Among pregnant women, Listeria can cause miscarriage and stillbirth.

The recall includes all cases of 200g/7.05oz packages of enoki mushrooms sold from March 1, 2022 – to March 16, 2022. These recalled enoki mushrooms were sold in 200g/7.05oz clear and green plastic packages labeled with “Taiwan Enoki Mushroom” in English and Chinese. The UPC Code is 848180019661. Also printed on the packaging is Top Quality Produce Inc’s name, address, logo, and instructions to keep the mushrooms refrigerated and cook before serving.
