Three people in Oregon developed E. coli infections after eating ground beef from New Seasons Market stores. A recall in connection with the E. coli outbreak has been issued.

The recall includes fresh ground beef products with fat contents of 5%, 10% and 20% that were purchased between Oct. 19 and Oct. 23  at New Seasons Stores in North Lombard, North Interstate and Cedar Hills.

Symptoms of an infection, which usually develop within three days, include abdominal cramping and diarrhea that can be bloody. If you ate the beef that is now part of this recall and became sick, see a doctor and mention your exposure to E. coli.
