Fisher Packing Co. is recalling ready-to-eat ham, ham shanks and Canadian bacon for possible Listeria contamination.

The recall includes 744 pounds of ready-to-eat pork products that were sold in vacuum-sealed packages, produced on August 27, 2019, that have “74SEIN” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The three recalled products are:

“FISHER MEATS OLD FASHION SMOKED HAM ” lot code of 19239

“FISHER MEATS SMOKED HAM SHANKS WITH NATURAL JUICES,” lot code of 19239

“FISHER MEATS CANADIAN BACON,”  lot code of 19239 and freeze by date of 11/25/19
